Researcher Grenades not being auto-primed when thrown down ladders.

Bug Description: It pretty much wont do anything after you throw it down.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a research grenade
2. Throw it down ladder
3. Be upset that it didn't explode

Researcher grenades usually do auto prime when thrown down ladders...are you sure the grenade wasn't actually an unfinished research grenade? Those don't explode even if you prime them by hand.

Those were my research grenades, so i can say for certain that each of them was properly finished and set up correctly

Yes they were setup they were down the ladder but they didn't blink indicating they were primed.

Its sort of hard to test that now considering no one makes them anymore.
But it most likely is a problem still.
