Bug Description:
You know that medbay door right above cloning ladder?
If you have access to medbay, you still can't use that door. Example: MPs have access to entirety of medbay, sans CMO's office, but can't open that door. They can open the door downstairs to go up the ladder but once they're up, They're stuck.
Can we fix this?
