[Yautja] Predator Welding Mask-Protection

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow for predator masks to block welding damage.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Becomes more useful and realistic. Allowing for the mask that's several centimeters (inches) thick in alloy to prevent eye damage.
Proves to be an even more worthy loot for marines and survivors (If they dare face the consequences).
Provides with interesting new tactics for predators, possibly even letting them set up areas for condensing the flow of battle and setting hunting grounds for large fights.

Predator use a welding tool, no eye damage.

Sidenote: I prefered not to test this since it'll most certainly cause my hunt to end early if I receive eye damage. But considering it may be a possibility it's not present and I was ignored when asking on the topic, I have decided to make the suggestion.
