Make it so Xenos can't pounce WHEN caught in a Predator mine

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Make it so that when a Xeno steps on a Predator mine and gets stunned they can not still pounce.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
When a Xeno steps on a Predator mine they still are made walk around slowly but however they are still able to pounce so i'd say it would make sense to not be able to pounce as well since their legs would be cuffed.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Well for instance if you're running from a Xeno and they step on a mine they DO get stunned but once they're up they can make up all the ground to you by pouncing since the pounce cooldown is so low nowadays once they catch up and pounch you once , you're basically done for , but with this it will mean Xenos have to be cautious of these like marines are.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Very simple , when a Xeno is effected by a Predator mine , disable them the ability to pounce.

Well the mine puts you in walk mode, and prevents you from changing to run mode as long as it is on you.

Basically first knocks you down, force locks you into walkmode, and leg cuffing your legs. Either have to resist or somebody can take it off (Preferably have someone take it off, its a lot quicker). Also forgot to mention, you must switch to run mode manually once you take off the Yautja (Predator for those who don't know) mine/trap.

Yep , now imagine running away from a xeno going at walking speed but still able to keep up with you or even able to take you down thanks to being able to pounce. Seems a bit broken to me.
