What rule(s) were broken:
"Do not Kill infected hosts (once they have the icon) if they are defenseless or nested (Killing a nested host at ANY TIME is a bannable offense, and don't un-nest just to kill). It's counter-productive to your cause of growing the hive. If a marine escapes the nest and uses a weapon to resist, THEN you may kill them, but you should try to tackle and nest them. Remember: The more hosts you get and keep alive, the more aliens you get. EXCEPTION: The queen MAY kill any marine she wants at any time, provided she has an RP justification (if asked by the admins). This power does NOT extend to aliens following the queens orders."

Description of the incident:
The hivelord killed an infected, nested, and resin-cuffed host. There were two nested hosts, and marines were approaching them for a rescue. He chose to kill Ray' Zero' Robinson and then moved Harry Cowper further into the hive. Xenos were on the brink of extinction with less than 5 left and no Queen. It would make no sense to kill a helpless infected host like that. No staff was on at the time of the incident.

How you would punish the accused:
If this was his first offence, at least a stern reminder. If it's a repeated offense, probably a ban, which I leave up to the discretion of the staff.

As this is the player's FIRST offence, I will be noting this. Slashing infected nested hosts is UNACCEPTABLE and as stated is a bannable offence, given there was no queen and presumably most of the aliens had been wiped out, allowing me to bump this down to a note only.
