It seems that soft ERP (A little cuddling, one on one hugging, short kisses, holding hands, ect,) is allowed as long as the receiver is not offended. Just to let everyone know AND as a discussion board.

I don't recall kissing and hugging to be a form of Erotic Roleplay, unless people get boners to that kinda stuff.. Which as I learned, some people DO have it as a fetish...

But other than that, I don't think it is a big deal, although it might be a bit awkward for marines to get intimate when they have more pressing matters to tend to.

I have no problem with people doing it, but when it personally affects me then I find it creepy. As a male in his late 20s, having a teenage boy pretending to be a girl walking up and hitting on me is very uncomfortable. And it happens. A lot.

We rarely ban for ERP unless they're going around spamming it and blatantly suggesting ERP.

The last person we banned for ERP was going around, asking everyone to suck his donger, using his PDA to ask females too. IIRC it was a someone from the other CM server.

Its a serious offense so there must be plenty of evidence to permaban for ERP. That being said, keep it light and you should be okay.

Example: Seeing a female MP and saying "I love a woman that can handle a baton". This is okay, its light, its got tact, its tasteful.

Second example: Asking every female you see to handle your baton is not okay. This is plain stupid and will get you banned.

What about if two partners sneak into the closet for some detailed hanky panky? Would that still be bannable, even if it is an out of the way location that few will come across (besides the dead, anyways)?

Kisses and hugs aren't erotic. Hell, parents do it to their kids, kids hug their siblings and family relations. If it can be bannable on a server for hugging a person that saved your life, someone that covered you when you ran away like a child from a ravager...

Hugging at the very least, is ALREADY allowed! Hell, the Help intent has it set as a default for people that are standing.
