Marines in crit don't burst

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Marines in critical condition shouldn't incubate and burst a larvae

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Discourage the 'strategy' of critting marines so they can't defend themselves rather than using the actual mechanics intended for xenos to incapacitate marines.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): If man in crit, chestburster doesn't burst

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): The same way it works for dead marines

Just ahelp it, if you've been put in crit and it wasn't from FF, this means aliens were slashing up a perfectly good host for no reason, unless you were being super dangerous like throwing grenades or pulling out a SADAR

It's a rule already that you shouldn't be doing that shit, so admins are already policing it.

-1. If you're in crit, you''ll die b/f you burst. Bursting takes around 25 min. It is POSSIBLE, but uncommon, to die from an INFECTED WOUND in that time.

Bursting I believe is only 5 minutes... Don't know where you go the idea of 25 mins

Honestly I would say -1 to this suggestion since really this will just lead marines put themselves into crit to stave off death from bursting

Croy I've never been in a game where I bursted before the 25 min mark, not sure if it's bugged or not, but every single time I get at least 25 minutes out of being nested and camped by aliens that are just as pissed off by larva burst times as I am.

It can reach 25 minutes if there are no ghosts wanting to become a alien.

Its most likely a pain crit rather than actual crit. If its actual crit, you will die very fast.

Well, that's actually the case.

If the host dies, so does the Embryo.

Still -1 to this idea. As someone mentioned before, it's most likely just pain crit.
