If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): I believe this was back when I was having Internet problems like crazy, There was one time I did shoot myself, I was pretty new to the game and ignorant, accidentally blew my head off as commander not knowing how easily I could blow my head off.


Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I have played as a pretty decent Commander before, I wanted to get rid of this hiccup in my history log. I have gotten a lot of time to play as Squad Leader and Bridge officer and have done pretty well in my opinion. I have also played as RO a few times as well, so having played those roles will only strengthen my ability as a Commander. I have also played CL a few times to show my role-playing capabilities. These days I spend my time as Queen or Boiler, which has also strengthened my leadership skills. I hope this will be a very simple process, I understand the rules and will not make the same mistakes again.
