More diversity of weapons being use, iron bears and other mercs will have a worthwhile place to take over.

Colonist has been using a MAR/SVD and can hand over his ammo to the RO for restocking.

You can already do this. There's a vending machine in cargo that refills empty special magazines.

there is a way to do this in the game, you need to play more this game before making suggestions.

Hey, make sure the feature you're requesting doesn't already exist before you make a suggestion. Someone has to physically go through them.
