Neck Brace
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): The number one game ruiner for marines is broken bones, and head and chest injuries cannot be splinted therefore making them instant out wounds that are impossible to transport safely from a battlefield. i suggest that a neck brace be added in so that broken skulls can be transported safer and quicker as well lessening the amount of pain crit marines.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Allows marine safer, more efficient transport of commonly debilitated allies as well as reducing the reliance on drug related injury management. this addition would greatly increase a medics ability to stabilize and transport patients from battleground to medivac.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): just apply a neckbrace and marine with broken heads can be moved without pain critting, blinding, or injuring their brain.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): allow splints to be applied to the head or add in a neckbrace item.

Re: Neck Brace
Neutral leaning towards -1 since with splints, you have idiot marines saying to medics "splint me up so I can return to the fight" (I do admit there are time when such behavior is needed ie last stands but in normal circumstances go back to the ship...)... Just imagining it as the same thing with head braces, also its strange since in reality you are basically locked to looking a single way with a neck brace but in this game marines can see full 360, don't believe there is a way to have a blinder effect.

Make it a non-stackable item that limits you to walk speed, and only prevents damage. You want pain mitigated, chug some tramadol.

Re: Neck Brace
actually that non-stackable Plus the slows sounds about right, would make it what i see it as, a transportation measure.

Re: Neck Brace
As someone that plays doctor/Medic 90% of the time, I'm gonna give this a -1 we have roller beds for transport, it allows quick transportation but leaves to vulnerable, I think it's great the way it is. Also knowing marines, they will stay as long as they can in the action, so no doubt marines will just keep fighting instead of evading.

With the advent of the changes to medical incoming with the removed cloning and MUCH bigger focus on triage this is a +1
