I think it would be fun though to play russian flare by lighting cigars and cigarettes with flares, maybe say like, he just lit a cigar/cigarette with a flare, what does he think hes doing.

This is different, that was about targetting mouth to light something. This is about giving flares the capability to light cigarettes.

-1, "wild" fires like flares, flamethrowers, and incendiary ammunition are more likely to harm you than light your smoke. In my opinion we have enough marines going down by FF without adding face burns to the casualties. The suggestion just kinda seems silly and doesn't add enough to the game experience to be worth implementing.

It is a fire source im saying that it should be able to act like a match or lighter and be able to light cigs. That other suggestion was for targeting someones mouth while they had a smoke and clicking on them with a lighter to light the cig. Something thats already in game.
