Latejoining MTs Lacking Their Rank

Bug Description:
When latejoining as a Maint Tech, the "TSGT" in front of your name will not appear. For instance, if I would be 'TSGT Annie Burkett', I will instead just be 'Annie Burkett'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Wait for the round to start.
2. Join in as a Maint Tech.
3. See that you're lacking your title.

This seems to be reoccurring so I assume this is whats causing it. When I join at the start, I have it. If I wait, I don't.

After I posted this, it seems as if I had it. Maybe this isn't a problem with it being missing but something is causing it to merely not appear occasionally.

Did you put your ID inside the PDA? That causes the rank to vanish.

At the time it happened to me, my ID was in it's slot and my PDA in its own slot.

If you are carrying your PDA, your rank will not appear.

Clarification: If you put your ID card into your PDA, your rank will not appear.
