Wounded with binoculars active

Bug Description:
I got wounded with binoculars active as a squad leader. I couldn't get the screen back from the binoculars screen even after I healed and moved around. I don't think the Cancel Camera worked either. The admin told me to log out and back in, so I did. It fixed the vision problem, but everything I was carrying was gone. I still had the stuff I had been wearing, but the backpack and ammo rig was gone. And NOTHING WOULD GO IN THOSE SLOTS even when I found others. This seems like a strange problem. I may have been messing up the interface, but I thought you'd want to know. The binoculars not resetting when wounded seems like something to fix for sure.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have binoculars active.
2. Get wounded.
3. Log out and back in?

This has been fixed with the recent binoculars exploit fix, view will now always reset when it should, instead of "most of the time"
