Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):If i remember correctly, there was once a suggestion of dog tags and someone even created the sprites, simply adding dog tags for survivors to start with and make them open some doors. (like security or science)
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):Less survivors dying for annoying sentries and more ways to go around in the colony.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):More paths to go since you can't open science and security doors, and of course, colonists without IDs is pretty stupid, i would kindly ask for why they don't have IDs or dog tags.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):Simply adding the dog tag sprites into the ID and maybe even switching them with the colonists, since i think it would fit better.

This has come up several times before. According to apop survivors will never spawn with IDs or dog tags.
