Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Whenever a gun is on safety, have it say in its description "This weapon has the safety toggled." Something along those lines.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): I can easily inspect my gun to see if safety is on instead of having to HOLD ALT, lord forbid.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): I think it would just be a cool addition.

+1, I died as a MP during a boarding because some ass-hat put safety on all the shotguns without telling me.
