Know that, I based this format, off of the thoughts I have, when I read a suggestion.
You don't HAVE to use this format, but it will make things, a fucking billion times easier on me.
Also, if you EVER make a poll, expect your suggestion to be ignored, no matter how good it is, until it's in a topic without a poll.

EXAMPLE:
Suggestion Title: Medal box for Commander
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): A box, with medals, that the commander can hand out.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Increase morale, give marines something to fight for.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): The Commander, could decide to give out various medals, for valor, heroism, etc. Maybe even purple hearts. After a squad returns, if they've done something heroic, like capture an alien, the commander could give them the medals. But, they would last for the single round.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Basically, the medal box already exists as an item, as do the medals, so, they would just have to be added to the commanders office.
