Marine Minor Victory: Marines escape with the Queen and any possible successors dead. Without a Queen, the xenomorphs are now unable to significantly increase their numbers as the eggs left on board are the only eggs they have left.
Xenomorph Minor Victory: The marines escape, while leaving behind a Queen or successor. With the Queen, the xenomorphs can increase their numbers with each ship investigating the abandoned Sulaco.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Reworking the minor victory code.

This has sorta been implemented. If their is no Queen within a certain amount of time, a Marine Minor occurs.
