SM quality of life tweaks

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Change the intercom frequency in the monitoring room to receive the SM monitoring frequency, and put a single wall tile in space at the edge of the Sulaco upper deck z-level to stop the SM from wandering off if ejected.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):Less uncertainty when dealing with the SM crystal outside of normal operating parameters, prevents either the planet from being irradiated, or worse, the lower deck (INCLUDING tcomms, research, and the hangar) from being vented to space by errant SM, at the cost of ensuring the upper deck's irradiation.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):As MT, dealing with the SM's easy.
Unless you latejoin to a horrible mess, with 1200C temps in the core, and honest-to-god FIRE inside, or if some asshat gives the crystal extra shots. THEN it gets fun. It's totally possible to salvage a slagged engine, IF you know the crystal's current de-lamination state. Fortunately, the crystal has a monitor that broadcasts it's status to the tcomms system. Unfortunately, that frequency is unused by any tcomms reciever device, so only ghosts can hear it. Change the intercom frequency in the monitoring room to receive this frequency to give the MTs a powerful tool to know whether to eject, or not.

Ah, ejection. In case of emergency, slap dat switch, and the SM's ejected into the depths of space, saving the ship!
Except when it swings back around pseudo-randomly to take out the bridge, oor tcomms, research AND the hangar, oor hits the planet and irradiates every marine planetside. Put a single wall tile in space at the edge of the Sulaco upper deck z-level to stop the SM from wandering off. It'll still detonate and irradiate the upper deck, but comms/hangar/command/THE PLANET are safe.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Just change the frequency of, and rename ONE intercom in engineering, and add ONE wall to the map. I know suggestions are usually ignored, but this should be absurdly easy to implement, and has no real downsides.

I thought the SM possibly landing on the bridge or on the CL's office was a *feature*.

It's a REAL bad feature, if it is one. The bridge can go, it's not needed, but it'll usually breach medbay, and that's important.
The CL's office? Say bye to comms or ANY POSSIBILITY OF REPAIR, because it'll slag research (no replacements).
