Give researcher exosuit fab access

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Give researcher access to use the exosuit fabricator. At this point, everything that could be used to make a Borg or ripley has been removed, but some mech parts are good for advancing research levels even though it is impossible to put the mech together completely. It would really benefit the researcher to be able to make those parts without needing a CE or MT to use the machine for them.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It would give the researcher more ways to advance tech levels, and something to do other than succumb to the angry crowds wanting grenades.

Of course, there should be things for researcher to make with that tech level too.
