Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): TL;DR Murdered in cold blood by a bald marine. When the MPs failed to bring the marine to justice, I avenged my death, surrendered to MPs who released me and said my actions were justified, and was then banned for 'metagaming.' You know, nevermind the bald guy who shot and killed his commanding officer for no good reason.

Bill Whoever (bald marine #1235) pushed me -- the specialist who was given command of the squad after the SL was wounded and evacuated -- into the path of an oncoming charger which we both saw coming (I was trying to move down to avoid the horizontal charge, he kept pushing me up). It broke every bone in my body and left me in crit. I yelled at Bill, walked over and punched him twice in the chest (both blows softened by his armour). As I turned to walk away to find a medic, he followed me and shot me point blank in the head with a shotgun, throwing me across the room. I reported to the SL that I had been fatally wounded by Bill and demanded he be arrested. I then died about 10 seconds later from the cumulative damage Bill inflicted on me. My body was put on the shuttle, the Nexus was lost and every marine evacuated along with me.

During my cloning process the Commanding Officer was overthrown via mutiny and a large portion of the MPs were killed in the process. I was cloned, and when I came to I reported I was alive and I was informed by my SL that the man who killed me was supposed to have been arrested. I went and got new gear, came to briefing, and found the marine who killed me sitting with everyone else. I walked up and shot him in the head, then surrendered to MPs without hurting anyone else or resisting. I told them the circumstances of my death, my SL vouched for me saying that Bill was the one who killed me and that I was getting revenge for myself, and I was released.

'Snype' was aggressive and rude in his line of questioning, and I lost my patience with his ignorance. I told him he was doing a bad job, and it was clear he was going to punish me no matter what the circumstances were (You know, during a round where a mutiny had just finished happening and marines had killed 6 or more MPs without issue), so I told him to just do whatever he was going to do, I was busy playing out the round to the best of my ability.

I have no expectation that this ban will be overturned, I just want the massive hypocrisy on record. I get murdered, the ship is torn to pieces over a senseless mutiny, and I'm the one who gets banned because the person who killed me faces neither IC or OOC justice. It'd be funny if it wasn't so sad.

So, it begins here, with Bill seemingly blocking Fritigern's path and getting him slam-jammed by a crusher.

Then, much later on the Sulaco after he's been healed, it seems he found out that Bill hadn't been punished for it. He asks, and then there's no logs of him saying anything else before he finds him five minutes later and high-noons him with AP.

TL;DR

A baldie caused Fritigern to get hit by a crusher head on, so Frit punched the baldie. The baldie then shot him in the face with a slug, causing him to die soon after. Later on, Fritigern found that baldie on the Sulaco post-cloning and shot him to death with 5+ AP rounds, getting brigged after for it, knowing full and well of his actions, as they were sourced out of vengeance. While somewhat understandable, it was improperly escalated. Supposedly the metagaming part was invalid due to his SL telling him who the culprit was post-cloning, though. The PM's exchanged between him and Snype were of bad blood on both sides due to a stressful situation, and I feel that his words shouldn't be weighted in more considerably than the actions that he took.

I already did under the 'reason' heading, it is the exact message I receive.

Edit: Also I was not brigged. I was pulled out of the briefing room after surrendering to the MPs. I told them what happened, the one who arrested me asked over the radio if I should be let go, I was uncuffed and I went back to trying to defend the Sulaco from the aliens. I was banned/booted off while trying to clear a path to the escape pods for people trying to escape the ship.

Double edit: Yes I felt quite justified in my actions. I mean I was literally murdered while for no good reason while trying to organize a defence of the Nexus, and in the end the guy who did it wasn't even punished. I willfully admitted I killed him out of a sense of vengeance and I was prepared to face the consequences from the MPs for my actions, but they let me go. I did not intend to wound another marine during my actions and I am sorry someone else got hurt during the scuffle, but it was only one bullet from a pistol and no one seemed too bent out of shape afterwards that they got hit.
