Make a training room for Ghosted players

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
If a player dies and ghost, they will have they ability to join other ghosts in a separate map that allows them to practice for the next round, with very different weapons, a few easily obtainable attachment, and no special gear (e.g, a SADAR or tactical shotgun).
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Players will no longer be forced to spectate a round for several hours in order for it to end, instead they can improve skill and familiarize themselves with elements of the game through a combat simulation, or "training room". While there would be far too much lag and several restrictive rules needed to make this "simulation" work, this might also create an easier way to spot and identify certain bugs on the server.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
This could work with a few rules in place that will control how the simulation will operate, how many times a player can be in the room, and how long the simulation can last. The weapons provided are significantly can take all attachments, chems can't be created, no support staff, and xenos can start out as heavily nerfed T3s.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding, and mapping
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. I'm personally ok with this concept and it will allow us Mentors to meet our quotas so we can finally be freed from our cages ;_; +1 plz help

I'm honestly leaning towards a -1. For the same reason this suggestion will be denied, this suggestion would break the way the server is intended to work. When you die, you are suppose to then play xeno.
I'm stressing way too hard about what to put here, so I'm just gonna leave it blank.... or....
