Reason: Killed a marine over stealing a black weebing vest (that he had for some reason),stole his ID and left him to die.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): This escalation was caused by him leaving me to die on the colony and robbing me before I completely died. Not only has he fought me in past rounds and lost to me, so he had meta prejudice, but he always treats me like crap. So, after being cloned we found each other again, had a verbal argument that escalated into a fist fight, I aim intent with a rifle to get him to stop, he moves anyway, he get's shot. Has the MP's arrest me and takes the webbing vest and all my tools, and my mesons. I'm set free, find him on the planet, mug him. Take off all of his clothes and try to move him away from the FOB so he won't snitch but also a place farther away from combat so he wouldn't die. Since he lacked a uniform and therefore an ID, he sets off a mine as I pulled him. I made a bed, plopped him in it, and went to go get a medic since me pulling him at first made his wounds worsen. I find a Yuatja and an Elder fighting marines, nope the fuck out of there, and get to the FOB. Find a medic, about to talk to him, when Maurovega starts talking to me. I explain what happened, he doesn't let me finish the end of it, and slaps me a ban.

Not only was that not fair as I was legitimately trying to save his ass since we needed a Smartgunner Spec like him to fight the remaining xeno's and the Yuatja since they didn't look like they were in a forgiving mood, but since I wasn't allowed to show my side of the story it wasn't a fair ban since I didn't get the chance to defend myself.

I'd like it repealed, and I apologize to Wanderer for taking so long to find a medic during combat.

Okay, what you did was wrong. The first fight you started was iffy at best since you jumped straight from fists to a rifle. Then after everything went down, you went back after him anyway a good length of time later. You actions resulted in him dying for no reason but for you to murderbone him for taking your shit. You also stripped a player of ID which you're not supposed to do. I would absolutely say the 24 hour ban is applicable especially given your history.

First of all, I never took of his ID nor used it for any purpose. I stole his uniform if anything, I also dropped all of his gear, aside from the uniform, where I took it off.

Second, I thought he still had my welder and such, and Delta Engineer Prep was out of them, and the SM blew so Engineering didn't have one. So I kind of needed to go after him.

Third, my "history" isn't effecting me currently or I'd have been perma banned, as that was the path I was going and had been put on probation.

Thank you kindly for reaing my appeal, slc, however I never "murderboned" anyone. It was a flash, cable restraints, pull, and placing him on a bed. If I was going to "murderbone" him, I'd have dragged him off and emptied my incendiary mag I had loaded in my pulse rifle.

Finally, I didn't go after him with malice, nor did I deploy the mine to drag onto him. I never even harmed him intentionally. The mine was under a metal sheet,
