Bug Description: Re-attach head surgery leaves head in hand

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start re-attach head surgery on headless body
2. Finish the surgery with attaching head on the body
3. Woala, the head is on the body, but the head in your hand did not disappear, creating duplicate head for you to play basketball

Also occurs for robotic arms/legs so a full set of limbs can last you a round

This bug has been confirmed and fixed, an improper delete method blocked removing the item (at least on the short term)

Fixed on server update
