Discipline Verb for staff

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Right-click verb for mods and 'mins called 'Discipline'. When used on a player, gives them a short stun, plays a slapping sound effect, and displays red text in their chat that says "No."

Bonus: 'Discipline all in view' option and 'discipline all marines / xenos' option.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Basically a light smack on the wrist when someone or somepeople are doing something stupid but not outright rulebreaking.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

Right click > Discipline > *smack* > stun > No.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Scripting? Easy in theory except maybe the slap in view and slap all options.

Going to assume there will be a log in the server logs to track such a thing, so it isn't abused, since I will say +1 since there have been too many req riots...

It should be microstun, though. because if someone will be disciplined and got killed by hosties, it would be... unpleasant to say the least.

COs and SLs should have this, but instead of a stun it's a push-up animation.

I see this being abused,overused and breaking the 4th because of it. Feels like because it`s such a minor thing staff will jump to it without much consideration and it`ll really detract from RP,suddenly instead of someone calling the mp`s cause a marine is being a shitter and them dealing with it ic,the staff might just use this verb because it seems like such a small deal. These kind of changes make me worry the server might end up as a hugbox of sorts.
