Rank CMOs and Doctors Appropriately

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

Rank CMOs and Doctors appropriately; as a point of reference, graduated physicians in the Navy have a rank of Lieutenant, and those in training have a rank of Ensign.

CMO would probably rank as a Lieutenant Commander (similar to the CE), with Lieutenant Doctors beneath him. As is they're technically civilians with no authority or rank whatsoever.

Also enlarge the CMO's mic text appropriately to reflect his authority over all things MedSci, and give him the ability to make announcements.


Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Allows doctors to pull rank to deal with asshole marines jerking off in Medbay and insisting on priority for their broken thumb over the guy with extensive organ damage and larva infection as a first resort as opposed to using a potentially conflict escalating soporific autoinjector/hypospray (as fun as that is).

Lets CMO better coordinate MedSci with his authoritative and conspicuous new text size and PSAs.

+1 I don't ever really ever see CMO announcements or in general things he says due to the text size and I do think outranking marines would help that way the CMO can actually order them to fuck off instead of having marines just laying around with 5 brute damage. 10/10 mate

1+ totally agree on this statement 100% i believe every competent cmo went through this problem already and just wonder.. why 6 marines with broken but splinted hands is bothering them, when they got patients not being stabalized after being severely injured on the ground and make it to medbay.

furthermore it would be nice to to keep medbay unclusterfuck as possible, so you can clearly see when a boot steals your O2 tank for cryo using medbays wrench...

this plays some mental issues on ones head... My this is my personal feeling..

Enlarged comm texts for Medics would also be nice, it would result in idiots spamming dumb shit and possibly drowning out SL's or people using local comms, but I'd appreciate it, nobody bothers listening to you until they need someone to scoop their guts back in, and even then they'll tell you your doing it wrong.

The doctors and researcher are civilians aboard the Sulaco, they are not the standard medical corp. I believe they are independently contracted.

The CMO and doctors are civilians, not enlisted. I believe there was some talk of making the CMO an actual officer, but I think the doctors will stay as civilian contractors. Denied/resolved?
