Weed Pods Do Not Regenerate Weed On Their Tile

Bug Description:

Per the Subject.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Destroy weeds on the tile underneath a weed pod.
2. Wait.
3. Watch as it doesn't regenerate the weeds beneath it and therefore doesn't generate any weeds at all.

But, funfact, the pod itself counts as a weed for purposes of construction and healing.
Which is why as a hivelord i fill every tile of the main kill tunnels with pods, since marines rarely clear them all.

Weeds dont regen because of all the lag it would create. Imagine EVERY weed pod checking EVERY 12 ticks (3 seconds) for weeds missing. So it isn't REALLY a bug
