Add dominant hand to character sheet with bonuses

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add a right-hand or left-handed selection option in the character sheet. Using weapons with the dominant hand will convey a small accuracy bonus while using it with the wrong one will give a small negative.

Additionally: Add an ambidextrous default option which gives no bonuses.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

RP and immersion.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Character sheet gets a dominant hand selection option. That can toggle between the three. Right, left and ambidextrous.

Everyone has a dominant hand, I get annoyed when I'm holding my rifle in my left hand rather than my right because I'm a right handed person IRL. This scratches an OCD itch I have.

Everyone would pick ambidextrous to get an accuracy boost no matter the used hand. Ambi should give no bonuses but as a result no debuffs from using the 'wrong' hand.

Oh, I also have an idea. Robot limbs transfer no bonuses nor problems, because they're an entirely new, and much different, limb. (You keep the non-dominant hand defect, though. You don't suddenly become ambidextrous.)

+1, IF right now they have 100% accuracy in both hands, this reduces non dominant to 90% and doesn't increase the marines aim, just reduces it with the wrong hand in use. We don't need more marine buffs please.

If they want it for 'RP reasons' and 'immersion' then that is what they get. They shoot the best with their best hand, and worse with their not best hand. Realistic.
