Renaming 'Marine Law'

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):A renaming of 'marine law' to the more appropriate-sounding 'UCMJ'.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
'Marine Law' simply sounds wrong and sloppy. Besides, the entire community is already using 'The UCMJ' as a term when referring to 'marine law' in many situations. Unless there's some obscure reason that I have not been briefed on, I see no problems with doing this.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Do not confuse this as a suggestion to implement the actual UCMJ. That is improbable in the CM gaming environment, at least currently. My proposal is simply this:Any and all instances of the name 'marine law' will simply be replaced by 'The Uniform Code of Military Justice'. Nothing more, nothing less.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Some screwing around with values of variables, I guess. A repetitive but satisfying task for staff to do when they're bored.

I am neutral on this because the Marine Law is a bit more custom to the server.
