If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned):I was banned from playing command roles because one round I was the cl and I had acted in a matter that I should have left to the mp's strictly and it ended up killing someone.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):I was having trouble uploading the logs so I copy and pasted it though its only the last half of the log since I was having connection issues, and wasn't able to log before I lost connection.

Kudos to you for admitting you're wrong, and ultimately since Apop put the ban on you, he's going to be the one who needs to take it off.

My query is; you claim that it was an instinctual reaction, as though you were trying to disarm the situation as quickly as possible. That doesn't really pair up with using a throwing knife. A throwing knife requires you to remove the knife from wherever it's stashed, toggle your throwing verb, and then click where you wanna throw it. Maybe you're a quick-draw champion, but that just doesn't seem to match the bill of someone reacting to a single, immediate gunshot.

Food for thought, anyway.

yeah I had the knife out already and had throw verb on then he shot and then I threw, from what I remember anyways.

That was my view Biolock. Also, there was more before this if I remember, as I recall specifically telling you to no poison people earlier in the round, and you did it anyway. Hence my annoyance.

I Don't remember you not telling me to poison people in that round prior, I believe that it was maybe a few nights before, but that still does stand that yeah I shouldn't have tranquilized him, I just want to clarify that we were in the armory/marine prep he had the gun already I had the knife out and throw already toggled and we were talking then he accidentally shot, which is where I threw, from my memory. The reason I tranquilized him later in the round was to get the knife out and heal him, I am not trying to make an excuse just explaining my reasoning behind what I had done.

If the story is true, than mayhaps the ban could be lifted; however at this point only Go- Apop can judge you.
