Bug Description: you can't place shotguns, pulse rifles... any item that's too big for a backpack in a bag of holding.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get the necessary research levels and materials in order to fabricate a bag of holding or spawn a bag of holding via admin powers.
2. get/spawn any item that can't fit in a backpack.
3. try putting said item in bag of holding.

That bag isn't even supposed to be in the game.

Yeah, we shouldn't even have bags of holding, so I'm pretty sure the bag of holding will be deleted log before it gets a bug fix.

As others have stated, it's really not a feature of the game. Just a holdover from old Bay.
