Bug Description:
People have been hacking the marine vending machines to make them spit out items, the guns of which come fully loaded.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Hack vendor
2. Watch as tons of fully loaded guns sail out
3. Get infinite ammo
Vendors spit out full guns (sorry cheaters)
