Bug Description: If you cancel or blank out an ahelp it still adds the cooldown of like 5 minutes, which is really obnoxious.

It's not a huge problem since we will generally "mark" and reply regardless. I suppose if there's a fix for this, it might be worthwhile. It does, however, open the doors to someone spamming adminhelp, which is just as easily solved by staff as this bug.

Huh? I'm nots ure you understand what I mean. If you hit adminhelp, and then hit cancel (thus doing nothing) it won't let you press adminhelp again. I don't care about removing the delay entirely (though I don't understand it), it's just that I think of an ahelp, cancel it, then go to rewrite it and can't, which is really annoying.
