What other servers do you play on? Hippie-Station now and again, used to be admin for an old RP server that doesn't exist anymore. Odyssey Station or something.

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): Job ban doesn't provide this error code, but I honestly cannot remember what I did to get the job ban. I've been temped before for accidentally shooting at the end of a round, so it might have been that.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): As I've said, I'm still confused as to the nature of the job-ban and as someone who has spent a lot of time playing CO it's definitely disappointing no longer being allowed to access these roles, especially given a recent lack of recent officers at the times I've been on these past few days.
