Bug Description: As a survivor you sometimes get overwatch messages and overwatch set as if you were in a squad. The only time I have had this happen so far is when using the dead Scientist's ID card from the planet. The scientist also has engineering access, so it would seem the scientist is set as a squad engineer.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be survivor.
2. Take Survivor Scientist's ID card.
3. Have overwatch set for all squads.
4. Get messages, objectives, and notifications.
