UGL and Diagonals

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Make the UGL round and any other GL rounds projectiles act more like bullets.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):Diagonals won't fuck over people.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):Correct the pathing so they don't get hinged on diagonals all the time.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):Projectile code tweaking.

I would like to remove diagonal shooting completely in the near future. Accepted* when it actually happens.
