Can't connect to Server

do you have a firewall or VPN/proxy? that could be interfering with you connecting

Nope, nothing, this is the only server that refuses connection

Try uninstalling and reinstalling byond, a pal of mine was having issues like this and he uninstall reinstall and it fixed.

Try clearing your Byond cache under settings > preferences > games tab > clear cache
