Classification Level: RESTRICTED Justin Wilson, formerly known as Isaiah Gonzalez, was unexpectantly born in Earth to a middle class poor Puerto Rican family; a waitress mother and a factory worker father. Despite working two jobs, his family was having trouble balancing the bills while also feeding him. Three months after his 5th birthday, his parents decided to contact a gregarious pair of lovers who were in the upper echelon in Earth but couldn't conceive a child themselves, the Wilson family. Isaiah Gonzalez was officially transferred to the Wilsons at the age of 7 and took on the name Justin Wilson.

Being the first and only "child" the Wilsons will ever have, they spoiled him in every way possible. He was sent to a prestigious private school and partook in various activities any normal wealthy child would. Although given everything he needed and wanted, Justin felt that the life of glamour and prestige was not the one for him. Without telling his real or adopted family, he signed up to join the USCM at the age of 18. After going through bootcamp and medical training, he was stationed at Chinook 91 GSO station for two years where he began to work on his medical degree to become a full fledged Doctor. Unfortunately, those plans were put to a halt after he was restationed aboard the USCM dreadnought the USS ████. There they deployed to ████████ and was sent to deal with any remaining insurgents that plagued the planet.

During his tour in ████████, Justin and his squad was ambushed during a patrol between the village of ████ and ████████. Only 10 minutes passed before most of Justin's squad was either killed or wounded beyond combat capability and they surrendered to the insurgent group: ████████ ████████. Surprisingly, Justin and his fellow POWs were treated well; they were fed and their wounds treated. However, the reason to this became clear after a week passed. The insurgents were trying to do a prisoner exchange, Justin's assumption was that if the Marine POWs looked like they were being cared for the USCM would actually barter. Justin was wrong. After negotiations deteriorated, the POWs were rounded up and chained in a medium sized room where one of their fellow Marines would be tortured right infront of them; a different Marine was tortured every day that passed. Justin spares the details on exactly what type of torture techniques were used or who was tortured with what. All information he is willing to provide is that of his torture where he was ████████████████████████ and kept awake to watch as ████████████████████████████████. The torturer managed to cauterize his leg stumps before Justin bled out, this was not torture to kill but to cause anguish and they wanted the Marines to know that. Several days went by and Justin was once again on the "chopping block" after two Marines already died from torture, boosting Justin up in the list to be tortured again. He was ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████. The ordeal went on for three weeks after they were initially captured. The USCM finally caved in and traded Justin and three other Marines whereas the insurgents received █████████████.

Justin was stationed back aboard Chinook 91 GSO where he received two prosthetic legs, a Purple Heart, a Bronze Star and the rest of his shift to work on his medical degree. He was evaluated by a Marine psychologist that noted his change in character, before being deployed to ████████ he was more serious and cynical as described by the previous psych report. The reevaluation showed that he became eerily optimistic and relaxed, a complete switch from a serious cynical person to a laidback optimist. The survivors from the ambush would later state that Justin would switch between the two personalities when talking to him. However, that information was known later and the psychologist gave Justin a pass on being able to sign up for another tour. He declined and spent another two years to continue his medical career, finally earning the PhD he sought at the age of 24. After getting his degree he went to his foster family and explained everything to them. They managed to get him working in a private medical firm where he stayed there until he was 29. For reasons that Justin won't tell anyone, he decided to leave again to sign up as a Medical Doctor to work with USCM Marines and was assigned aboard the USS Sulaco.
