If you're suggesting people be able to customize pixel art on their own uniform using a 'spray-paint' item, there are two problems- one is the fact that most items are so low res that any customization would either look very bad, be very hard to see, or change the appearance of the item far more than the art team would appreciate. The second issue is... this is what donors pay for. Even if it were a donor only item, they pay for SPECIFIC changes to their items, and this would (if it was even feasible to implement) give them essentially the ability to customize their customizations, which doesn't sound like something that would mesh well with the existing framework of the donation system.

I don't think sergeants would let you spray paint all over your uniform. Donor items are there for this purpose: If you want a spray-painted armor, buy one.

Donations are supposed to be the way you can be different, and we're eventually moving to a donation show where you can probably get stuff like that, and other interesting tidbits. Resolved for now.
