Ballistic Goggles

Bug Description:
If you put ballistic goggles on your helmet, then put anything else on your helmet, and remove the goggles, the goggle sprite stays on the helmet until you remove the other thing as well.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Put goggles on helmet.
2.Put something else on helmet.
3.Remove goggles from helmet.
4. Still have helmet that looks like it has goggles on it.

Additionally, it works in reverse! If you put it, and a cigarette packet on, then take the cigarettes off, the goggles disappear, but the cigarette sprite stays!

Additionally to this you can wear the ballistic goggles in the mask slot as well, it has no sprite appearance on the character though, just that you can wear them in the mask slot.
