Warden-esque role

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
The MPs lack any sort of central leadership outside of the CO or XO whom are usually busy. Adding a sort of 'leader' for the MPs would help them focus their strength and allow for more order in their conduct.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
- MPs would have more order in their conduct (IE: Set patrol or duty given by the Warden to each MP)
- MPs would no longer have to keep updates on personnel records.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
I dunno.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Add a new role or something. Oh yeah, and make a little room where those racks are for an office of sorts.

+1 I have tried stuff in the past and I believe it would be interesting to have sorta-of-a "Head MP" role.

I usually end up doing this as a BO, but yeah. I'd be all in for a CO for MPs, maybe with like, the rank of a marine Captain or Lieutenant.

This is so sorely needed it's not even funny. If nothing else but to A-Help MPs that break Marine Law, there absolutely needs to be a role to keep the MPs in line. Officers regularly arrest based on charges that do not exist, are not even applicable, or occasionally even disregarding law entirely and simply locking them up on personal bias. A warden (or, as has been suggested before, 'First Sergeant' in order to preserve military ranking) would be able to deliver the final verdict on sentencing, keep MP units in line and out of conflict with each other, and most importantly be able to overrule command's decisions on sentencing. Too many times I see the CO ordering MPs to release prisoners arrested on valid, potentially ship-threatening charges, despite the fact that Marine Law explicitly states Command cannot overrule Law.

Basically- Please, give us someone to actually enforce Marine Law and Military Police rules.

This might be a time-locked or whitelisted role due to the heavy RP demands and requirement of in-depth knowledge of both server rules and Marine Law.

Any MP force has a superior in form or shape in my knowledge. By veterancy or direct rank, so this is nothing particularly special or lorebreaking imo.

I'm for this honestly... as it stands MPs operate in their own sort of pocket with no oversight.

Just don't call HoS. Call it "Chief of Security", it's more naval-ish name.

The rank should either be Gunnery Sergeant (Above Staff Sergeant) or a Liuetenant rank (maybe Captain O-3?)
