No One have the rank of elder, although sometimes admins spawns atleast 1 for a event or when in a round several preds break the honor code and instand of punishing the players oocly they just spawn elders too beat them upm
Elders are managers only.
Councillors can join but they just have the title if they choose to play as Council
I've seen a round where two bald preds went on a rampage. They were trying to recover gear but they were really, really shit at it, and basically just helped out the xenos with the FOB siege. Sleepy got put in as an Elder predator so they could get handled ICly and he had the two of them fight to the death, then he personally executed the winner with a dual e-sword. Sleepy kept fucking spinning as he was beating the guy to death with the dual e-sword, whole thing was great to watch.
