Character InformationName of the Synth Character you wish to play Virgil
What is your Synth�s quirk and personality? My synth's quirk is that he is a chronicler. As he encounters marines or has memorable things happen during the operation, he writes it down, often asking the marines in question or nearby how they want to be remembered in history. He's from the Middle Ages school of chronicling, so he writes in a similar style, and always tries to make subject (the marines) look good even when directly insulted by them or they are hostile to him. At the end of the operation, I'd like to try to get permission to use the copier machine in CIC to spread my romanticized version of the operation around. Then after the round, adding the chronicle to an OOC compilation of the other chronicles for myself and others to read.
Why do you want to be a synthetic/why should we whitelist you? I really like the synthetics in the aliens universe, and think that RPing as one would be super fun. Getting to groundside surgery or build cades in the fob all while trying to make a big narrative of the events with the marines sounds very enjoyable and would hopefully make the rounds more special for the marines around me.
Synthetic Character Story
ExperienceHow familiar are you with Engineering? Pretty good, the first role I really played when I was new to CM was squad engineer and I learned a lot playing it. Squad engie is still my fourth most played role. I can build walls, cades, build telecoms, pretty much everything you need to do.
How familiar are you with Command? I can do everything in command that's required, I know the metas for maps and techs, what each computer does, how to do OW, make announcements, etc. I've got decent time on SL and SO, with a bit of time as XO.
How familiar are you with Medical? I can do everything pretty quickly, surgery, making chems, setting up medbay. I've got pretty much everything memorized.
How familiar are you with Requisitions? Very, my second most played role is RO. I know where everything is in req, what the marines like for ammo and what to order, how to budget, and where a lot of useful and unused items are in maints.
What are some scenarios that you can perform combat in? Give us a brief example. If Virgil is walking from botany to the FOB on Kutjevo and a lurker attacks him, he can attack it back to try and make it leave as he continues fleeing to the FOB, where he likely announces to Bravo that there's a lurker harrassing near the FOB.
If Virgil is walking with a wounded marine to the FOB and a runner starts attacking them, like in the first scenario, Virgil can attack the runner as the marine and he flees to try and drive it off, not chasing to kill or harm it.
