Nerf or Remove acid blood

I have an idea, and it might spur some significant debate here, but how about YOU CALL FOR A MEDIC. There are plenty of them and each one carries enough Ket to last a round. Said Ket will deal with your burn dmg in no time. If you get rid of acid dmg, every Marine would be PB'ing with shotties all round long.

i'm not sure about there being plenty of medics but you can take the minimed and gobble that, BUT PBing after taking some damage or other marines shooting a xeno alive or dead when you are neaby just crits and straight kills you with acid blood leaving your body rotting while they loot your guns

Marines don't have to be going out of their way to be PBing to go into acid pain crit. Due to the melee nature of Xenos, you could be simply defending yourself and end up getting a good burst in, or another marine bursts the xeno, and you get coated in acid blood the equilivant or greater than a PB ever could.

yeah this is why robust marines roll shotgun

you PB and kill a xeno but get insane burn damage in return

OR

you shoot your pulse rifle, xeno closes the distance, you get huge burn damage from every single close shot giving you acid burn, yet don't kill the xeno cause they either run, or slash you to death due to burn damage of any kind slowing you down to walk intent speed, making you unable to dodge

light armor PB gang or you die to acid pain damage
